What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we can only accept payment through PayPal. However, you donít have to have a PayPal account, you can simply use your credit card.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Except in case of defect, all sales are final. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us by e-mail and we will be happy to provide a replacement at our own expense (international customers, please see additional information below). Other exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.
How do you ship the items?
bethany lorelle items are delicate, and we take great care to package and ship items, and ensure timely arrival. Most items are shipped within 5 - 7 business days of receiving payment. Custom and wholesale items are shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order.
Domestic — Within the U.S., most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation. Some smaller items will be shipped via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.
Outside the U.S. — To international addresses, all orders are shipped via First Class mail, which will generally arrive within 2 - 6 weeks*. There is no shipping confirmation on international orders, and bethany lorelle cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items when shipping internationally.

*Please note that the following regions are especially prone to customs delays: Mexico, South America, Italy, Greece, Russia, China.
What if I need something quickly? Do you do Rush orders?
Yes, but please contact us prior to ordering to determine if this will be possible and get a quote for Rush pricing.
Is shipping insurance available?
Yes, shipping insurance is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information. Also, please note that delivery confirmation with a tracking code is automatically included on all domestic orders.
